Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable unless there’s an error or defect from us.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 24 hours. After this period, items cannot be returned or refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items: For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Process: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly processed.
